Tourists to Eilat will be happy to know that the quality of service in hotels is constantly undergoing improvement.  The Ministry of Tourism and the Hotels Association will allocate 1,350,000 NIS for training and professional courses for thousands of hotel employees in Israel. 

7,000 hostelry employees in Israel will take part in the courses and professional training, with the goal of improving the quality of service and professionalism in this sphere.  The new programme will include various courses in subjects of handling negotiations, dealing with difficult customers, ethnic kitchen, leadership and crew management, hotel image and appearance, keeping employees, saving energy, multi-cultural service, and more.
