A Shopping and Recreation complex, Moroccan style, and at a sweet cost of $ 20 million, will be built at Kibbutz Yahel. The complex will open in January 2012 and will be built by entrepreneurs Hillel Tobias and Matthias Sperber.

Kibbutz Yahel, which is 74km from Eilat, is planning to set up the Paradiso Prairie" Consisting of a  shopping area, restaurants and entertainment Area.   Entrepreneurs are currently  negotiating rental areas

in the project, which will be leased in the price range of 200-300 shekels per square meter. The project  will be designed as an oasis Khan Moroccan style, fronted by  a 18-meter-high tower, and  will be spread over an area of 20 acres, of which 1500 sq.m. will be shops, services, restaurants and more.In the  Center of the complex, there will be a green park with a lake and three islands, one island to work as an artists and farmers market, the second island, water vegetation and the third island will be activity facilities for  children's play. The park entrance will be free.
