crownplazaAfrica Israel Hotels, the Crowne Plaza chain,  announced  that the network will  allow surfing the Internet for free in 7 hotels.The service will take effect on July 1 and will be given to the complex areas of hotels: rooms, lobby and business lounges."The United States goes toward free internet in hotels," said CEO Ron Yariv, "Europe is mixed, and there are still networks charging high prices, and some

significantly lower prices. I think it's just a matter of time before everyone will be offering free service" .He said the cost of using the Internet in various hotel stands on an average of about $ 20 a day: "We have seen customers come not only with one device, but also with a laptop and with the iPad, which require them to use two codes of different surfing," said Yariv, "Web services are indeed substantial income for hotels, but for us to cancel the payment constitutes an excellent marketing tool against competitors.. Africa Israel Hotels chain, which is branded Crowne Plaza Network now includes seven hotels in the country: six in Haifa, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv (two), the Dead Sea and Eilat, under the Crowne Plaza brand, and one hotel, Ashkelon, under the brand Holiday Inn. According to the spokesman, 10 more hotels are in the planning.
