Only 35 members from throughout the world are selected to serve on the Skål International Council and take part in the important decisions made by this international organisation numbering 22,000 senior tourism agents/operators worldwide.  One of those selected to serve on the council comprised of 35 representatives from various countries of the world is Ms. Ahuva Zaid, the president of the Red Sea Bay branch of Skål,.  Ahuva Zayid will represent Eilat (Israel), Aqaba (Jordan), and Taba (Egypt) in the council and will act toward promoting tourism in the region.

To read more about Skål and specifically the Red Sea Bay branch that Ahuva Zaid is president of, please see this article.  The Red Sea Bay branch is unique for combining three different countries in one regional club, and even more so for the cooperation in tourism promotion between the three countries which such recent times were at war.
