| Israel's Minster of Tourism, Ruhama Avraham-Belila, has stated her intent to hold an ‘all girls together' regional tourism conference with her female counterparts in the PA and Jordan. This summit conference planned for the Minsters of Tourism in the three countries is hoped to form an attractive joint tourism package for the entire region. The Minister believes that with three women holding the top tourism posts in their respective countries, they can apply their feminine ability and skills to marketing tourism in tri-regional packages that would give tourists better value for their money.
The Palestinian Authority's Minister of Tourism, Dr. Khouloud Daibes, has enthusiastically confirmed her participation in the meeting. She expressed her agreement with Avraham-Belila's sentiments that the women have "a rare opportunity to advance regional tourism together for the benefit of all nations, and I have already instructed my office's deputy director-general to organize the meeting and build an agenda."

The Jordanian Minister of Tourism, Maha Khatib, has not yet answered the proposal. She recently enraged Israel's Foreign Ministry by referring to Israel as "the Zionist enemy" in Jordanian media, but sources in Avraham-Belila's office believe that she will also accept the offer.
Avraham-Belila believes that "women have clear advantages and have the ability to create the feminine power which will lead to the flourishing of tourism to Israel" and, it must be assumed, its neighbours. In a ‘sum is greater than the whole of its parts' concept, joint tourism to the three regions would benefit all three countries. Such cooperation is already being seen encouraged on a more localised level between Eilat (Israel), Aqaba (Jordan), and Taba (Egypt) by a tri-regional branch of the international Skål Club called the Red Sea Bay branch.
