| More than 10,000 holidaymakers arrived by bus on Sunday to Eilat. Thousands of others arrived by car or aeroplane. Most of those arriving by bus in the wee hours of the morning on that day were youth. The Eilat police has geared itself to absorb the vacationers. The streets of Eilat, as well as the Arava Road, had heavy traffic. The police say that it is the most crowded week of the summer months in Eilat. |
