Eilatis place well in triatholon competition in Netanya. |
| On Friday 13 June, 2008, a triathalon competition with 500 athletes participating was held in Netania. Three members of the ‘Eilatis' triathalon team participated in this competition in the Olympic heat (1.5 km. swimming, 40 km. bicycling, and 10 km. running). |

Manny Kislasi (the coach of the ‘Eilatis' triathalon team) finished with a time of 2:20 and placed 3rd in the 45-49 age category. Tomer Ben-Ari of the 30-34 age group finished with a time of 2:23, and Chen Tal in the 40-44 age group finished with a time of 2:39. |
