The judokas, a top team of 16 under the coaching of David Ben Arbun, took first place in a judo competition held in Germany. Eilat’s mayor, Meir Itzhak Halevy, invited the athletes to his office to congratulate them on their victory. “Eilat is producing champions in all fields of sports and for that we are pleased,” the mayor told the judokas. |
