On March 15, "Eilat Day" the Conference of the Negev,will be held in Eilat for the first time. The Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu,  ministers, Knesset members and businessmen are expected to  attend the festive Ceremony that will take place at "Oom Rashrash". The Conference of the Negev, has been held every year since 2006. Mayor, Meir Yitzhak Halevi said: "It will be a day full of events designed to mobilize resources from the government".
