City Council approved the budget proposal for 2011.
Mayor Meir Yitzhak Halevy, told the hearing that "It is important to budget carefully." Emphasis is on increased enforcement  "good law enforcement is good quality of life," he claimed.
Acting Deputy Mayor Eli Lankry, said that the budget this year is "dramatically" in the center, of promoting the tourism corporation.
