eilat_day_pic.jpg   A reception to open the Eilat Day festivities will be held on Saturday evening 28.2.2009 at 19:30 at the plaza by the Eilat Museum. The festive reception for Eilat's celebration of its 60th year of existence will be feature the presence of its mayor, Meir Itzhak-Halevi, along with many veteran Eilatis and some of the city's founders.
