An exhibition of underwater photography taken in the Gulf of Eilat and in other places around the world was recently opened at the airport in Eilat. To honour the placing of the exhibit in the arriving passengers' hall, the general director of the Airports Authority, Kobi Mor, visited in Eilat. Mor met with Hanan Moskovich, the incoming manager of the Eilat and Ovda airports, and with Dedi Shachar who until recently served as manager of those airports before leaving Eilat for a position at Ben Gurion Airport. The opening of the exhibition was attended by people from the tourism administration in Eilat, the Municipal administration, the Independents' Union, airport employees, and the organizer of the underwater exhibition, David Pilosoff, who is also the publisher and owner of the ‘Yam' [‘Sea'] magazine.
