Stalls on the Eilat promenade were visited by the Israel tax and VAT authority.21% of the stalls were found without  registered tax receipts, and 11% had significant definciencies in their managment books.During 3 days of this operation, 165 businesses including the taxi industry and service providers were audited. 17.5% did not register receipts, and the othe 17.5% had deficiencies in managment books. The message - work in compliance with the law - otherwise the "Tax man" will get you.
