At that time, the clock will be moved one hour backward, from 2:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. 

  An adage I learned as a child for remembering which direction to move the clocks was  ‘Spring forward, Fall back', visualising a hare ‘springing forward' with springtime enthusiasm and life in general ‘falling back' as the pace slows down for winter hibernation or inactivity.  Now if only there was an adage for remembering that a given day is That Date on which I'm supposed to do something...
